I ordered 30 cupcakes with a rose swirl as per their example in their window display however, upon collecting them they were shocking! The icing was runny and falling off the cupcakes, I had to scrape all the icing off from all 30 cupcakes and had to repipe them myself! Wish I could attach a photo to this review! It was disgusting! I went back to complain and all they said were “sorry, we’ll let the kitchen staff know”?!

I especially like their chicken pies and apple custard twist bread. They are my go-to's.

The ladies here are so lovely today they gave me an extra sausage roll for free and under charged my friend. The food is always amazing here <3

They charge you more money to bag rolls if you don't want to take them from the table. Absolutely disgraceful.

3 ☆ being generous.Got a Steak Pie from here Saturday 16th September 2017. Must say it had some flavor, but disappointed in the meat (Steak) to gravy ratio. Being it was Steak pie one would expect 75% meat and 25% gravy. NOT 25% meat and 75% gravy. Even a 50/50 ratio would be acceptable.

I was wanting a prafitto roll cake for my husband's birthday I couldn't be happier you guys are amazing very professional and helpful will 100% recommend, I feel i must say this cake was a special order as they don't sell this kind of cake normally I can't be more appreciative of all you have done.

Came here Monday asking if I could order a pink unicorn cake with chocolate filling for today (wednesday), the lady at the counter said yes but suggested a vanilla filling because then the pink would no be good to see. I agreed and paid, just picked up the cake and is a plain white cake with rainbow sugar on the side but they added some pink flower.... to say I'm disappointed is not enough, went to pick it up with my daughter and she was very upset as she was expecting the unicorn cake. Having no alternatives I had to take it, no refund or apologies were made but the lady was visibly in a hurry to get away from the situation. Won't shop here again. I get that english is a second language, as it is for me, but I was very clear and I could read that she clearly wrote pink cake on the order...

WEAR HAIRNETS!!!!!I found a strand of hair on 2 seperate occasions, once in the pastry of a spring roll and another in one of their apple twists.It’s a shame because the food here is really good and a simple hairnet would allow me to leave a 5 star review.
