Nisa store manager extremely rude came to the store at lunch time only found it to be shut for 2.5 hours of waiting told meToGo back to where I cameFrom saying she’s having her lunch she can’t deal with me very unprofessional abrupt whilst also saying racist comments to her mates about my son who’s of olive skin my young kids and me won’t be returning as long as she’s there

The staff in this store are a stand out! I happily go back again and again and have no problem spending hundreds here. The clothing is of high quality and washes well. I’ve had some pieces for years. On several different occasions I’ve been served by Vinita, tatiana and not sure of the spelling, Aala? Fantastic customer service from all three and very helpful which is incredibly hard to find in the retail industry. Management is doing something right because for staff to be genuinely nice and helpful means they’re being looked after / they’re happy. Well done on hiring the right people to work in your business. I love the store layout and the change rooms are nice and spacious. Would highly recommend.
