Honestly, I've left a great review for another real estate team that sold our house, but I feel have to leave a poor one here for BUR. If at first you don't receive any response from them, then you know it's time to give up. Getting a response out of any of their agents is difficult. It requires many phone calls, emails and messages just to get a single response. We put in a few offers on a couple of different properties and never received any responses; even after viewing the properties. One property went to auction, and didn't sell, even though we put in an out of auction offer. It's still for sale... I feel bad for the owners of the property as we would have purchased it had the agents returned our calls.

Our experience of this real estate agency since we placed our property in its hands has been abysmal. Constant changes of property manager thrust upon us with little / no communication between them meant that several outstanding repairs were not attended to in a timely fashion; and that monthly reports did not get sent to us. The tenants actually had to contact us rather than them to get repairs and maintenance organised - hardly what we paid a monthly fee for! We finally made a special trip to Albury to discuss the way the agency had been handling the tenancy. I do not think we have ever been, as landlords, subjected to such rudeness and petulance on the part of an agent. She effectively sacked herself with her aggressive comments, threw the file at us and was quite verbally abusive as we left. I would never recommend BURE to anybody. In fact, the agency deserves no star.

We were quite nervous and overwhelmed at the thought of selling our family home. The support and reassurance we received from the team at BUR was 2nd to none.
