I work in this area. Would never live here. When you smile your teeth hit the back fence.. Tiny Cookie Cutter houses with thin streets, a nightmare for Tradies or Visitors. Good luck if you have kids with Cars!! Designed to line the pockets of developers with no regard to residents..

I love Stockland developments, everything is there and all new. Don't build a new house in an old neighbourhood with old infrastructure, enjoy a new life in a new world...

Well laid out housing village with plenty of houses both single level and 2 storey to choose your preferences in materials and costs.recommend a look if wanting to build

The streets are carparks. Kids (young people without respect for one's neighbours) park on the footpaths, no petrol station or grocery store or chemist (necessary places) but there is McDonald's and building a KFC, oh and a number of gyms. This place is quickly turning into eshay central. No police here ever... kids should not be outside or trying to ride a bike on the footpath (where cars park). There will be a child hit by a car soon. Absolutely no doubt and I'll put money on the car being a ute with a p plate on it. The two stars are for the school, the daycare and the IGA... The tavern is a normal tavern like all the other ones with a terrible kids room. Aura...you could be great. I still enjoy living here, when I'm inside. It's too dangerous and frustrating being outside.
