I have been regularly attending Say Yes classes for over a year. I had never felt comfortable going to a big gym whereas Renee and her team have created such a welcoming, friendly environment that I always look forward to my classes. This is a big change for me as I had never been able to stick with fitness classes before. The exercises are just the right amount of challenge and you are supported to adapt the move so it feels right for you and where your body is at. I have more knowledge and confidence in how to exercise and have definitely felt the benefits with my overall health and ability to deal with stres and busy work life.

I've been coming here for 5 weeks now and I'm loving it! I found Renee through a kid friendly exercise" google search as home workouts with an active toddler just don't mix. SAY YES Fitness classes have been designed with a working mum's routine in mind and we both enjoy coming twice a week; I get in a great workout and my toddler enjoys the social interaction (and the occasional weights session!) It's worth every minute of my 20 minute commute! Renee prides herself in getting to know each person who walks through her door; our goals

Love the Say Yes community! The classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, you have the option to take it easy or challenge yourself pending how you feel on the day. Non judgemental approach and a great variety of strength or cardio workouts!

I cannot recommend Renee's classes and framework highly enough. The classes are fun, simple and you always leave feeling better than when you arrived. She is willing to adjust, make harder and encourage you when needed for your body and goals. I especially love how kids are involved, whether she's helping set up toys near your mat, rocking a pram so Mum can get some moves in or adjusting an exercise to suit a clinger. Exercise is now so much more important in my life and I have Say Yes to thank for it.

I have recently joined an outstanding small group fitness community called Say Yes To Fitness in Bayswater. This is a female focused, family friendly training community which offers group workouts and empowering programs.I love the Boxing, Strength, Energise, Empower, Circuit, etc classes as they include cardio, strength, balance, and so much more. Renee and her team are awesome trainers, who keep checking in on everyone during classes, offering them support and ensuring the exercises are executed correctly. The intensity of the exercises are also increased / decreased, depending on the fitness levels of attendees, and modified should there be any injuries.Renee is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always provides fun and challenging workouts that are suitable for all fitness levels. I love the indoor / outdoor classes provided and have already noticed my fitness levels, balance and overall general and mental health improve immensely.Renee also offers affordable training and membership options for all budgets. I highly recommend Renee and Say Yes To Fitness to anyone who is wanting to improve their health and well-being.

Say Yes is the most wonderful community of women, all keen to prioritise our health and wellbeing. The workouts are brilliantly designed and can be easily modified for different levels. If you're on the fence about coming, sign up for a trial. Everyone is super welcoming and it's not at all intimidating.

Say Yes Fitness
I am 3 weeks in with Say Yes Fitness and I am really enjoying it. With Renee's introduction, asking my sporting background, fitness level, realistic time slots and guidance with starting on the correct classes it is been an easy transition. Everybody is so welcoming, you instantly feel a part of it, comfortable and to want to come back. I am looking forward (which I never say with other gyms, classes, etc) to working on better health and my fitness with Say Yes. Thank You
