This is my first this much bad experience ever. Extremely misanthropic staff. They don't know the customer service and their behaviour is outrageous. Moreover, toilets are worst, seems as never cleaned for ages. Inspite of that they don't allow anybody to use them.

The old woman serving today is a rude arrogant lady, wouldn’t provide refund for car wash that didn’t work, wouldn’t make contact with her manager and explained that she was told not to refund anyone supposedly. Can’t wait to speak to her manager... terrible service

This place is horrid. Worker named Danuta stood reading her texts and replying while I waited ten minutes to just pay before ending the transaction with. “Ok leave now.” (I haven’t even spoken to her). Poor effort Caltex

Too bad I can't give zero stars, very rude, arrogant console operator, she will be more suited to be a warden at a prison with that attitude, definitely not suited for customer service , dealing directly with the public. Worked all day on the 5th August 2019, (you know who you are). To the Owner/Manager; She is costing you a lot of business. This is not the first time either, but enough is enough, had to review this time.

Older guy staff member not friendly and waited for me to walk in then stop packing the shelves to serve me. Got some attitude as well as if I was an inconvenience.

I was there tonight and old guy working there, I think his name is Liselle, he didn’t authorise the pump for about 15 minutes, then I called on store number, then he came outside. Very unprofessional and rude
