Granville KFC is consistently sub par. KFC do something!! Look at all the Google reviews! I avoid this store because 9 times out of 10 it’s awful. I’ve had burnt chicken, undercooked chicken, chip packets half full and awful service. Today, against past experience (never again), I went through the drive through to order two tenders boxes. I regretted it even before I left the drive through window. The tenders were all smaller than my thumb! I immediately asked the girl why were they so small and she said they didn’t have any bigger ones. No offer to add a couple to make up for the absolute ripoff. “Wow” I said, as she turned away. She didn’t give a toss that a customer was rightly unhappy with the shoddy product. I left, vowing yet again never to go to this store, even if the kids want KFC (I’m local). KFC Stockland Merrylands is always great, and Parramatta is pretty good too. Why, KFC, is your Granville store so dreadful? Can’t head office get this store up to par?

I often come here almost twice a week to get myself chicken as i love KFC chicken but today the the food is horrible plus i brought my friend with me and he ordered a zinger box nothings there no tissue , no spoon and the chicken is not even fresh . Feel like they are using last night chicken and its taste like hell..This this something that management should really address.Todays rating -1/10

I ordered burgers online and made the payment. While picking up they said burgers can't be made. And it was just 9 PM. The website says shop is open till 11.There was nothing left.This is not the first time. Few times it has happened.Worst experience. The staff there are getting paid for free. Wonder who manages the shop.

Granville kfc is the worst. If the stars started at zero I'd put zero. The worst service from any fast food place if been to. Told me wait cause they were cooking chicken then watched about 20 cars go through the drive through and probably a good 50 people inside order and walk out. Time before this I ordered a bacon zinger to which had no bacon but replaced with more than a few stray public hairs.

9th June 6:45, got this double tender burger got two slender and overcooked tender. Chucked it in the bin. I know this is KFC so I didnt have much expectation but what is this??

Was very disappointed — Was told there would be a 10 minute wait on chicken so I said I’d wait. Within this time a queue of other customers were waiting for chicken. I waited for more than 10 minutes and the chicken I received was over cooked and the worst experience I had at a KFC.Customer service, what customer service. It was dreadful, there were wet floor sign’s scattered across the floor, customers kept tripping on them (as they laid apart and broken on the floor) even an employee slid on one and fell down.Other customers had waited 25+ minutes for chicken who had gone through drive thru. And those who had orders and ate in store where coming back constantly asked for items that weren’t in their order. Frustrating to say the least, I should have read the reviews before wasting my money $$$ and my time here. Because the meal I received was horrible.

Never had an issue with this KFC till today, huge letdown, ordered the family feast which is 10 pieces with your usual sides. After receiving my order I open the bag to check everything and there's no gravy, I ask where it is and all staff looked confused, I had one ask me how many did I get to which I replied you didn't give me at all. Arrive at home and sit down to have lunch only to realise they literally put in the box all breast pieces!! Not even a wing not even a single drumsticks, I honestly felt like it was done on purpose. They pieces were so dryyy we couldn't even eat them.Very disappointed felt like a waste of money

It wasn't a great experience after they gave me same food returned by customer. Please keep in mind covid is still not over. Your one simple mistake may lead to transfer of disease which is not acceptable because of current situation.

If I could give no stars I would!! This has to be the most disgusting food I have ever eaten! Not only was the chicken tiny, it was absolutely tasteless and greasy. I cannot believe a place serving food like this to paying customers is still allowed to operate. Disgusting. I will never eat from here again.
