We were very pleased with Matt who came out on a weekend at such short notice. He really did us a favour. Matt was responsive and easy to deal with. We were very grateful for his help.

Matt installed 2 Air Conditioners in December 2020 and there is a part that Matt didn't have and he said he would come back. In Jan 2022 I noticed the part still missing and realised we both forgot about it, so i emailed Matt to ask if he would come and finally fix it. I got no answer, so I may I emailed through the website and got a response from Matt saying did forget and he was going to order the part and come and fix it. 4 weeks later I emailed again and got nothing back, so emailed through the website and still got nothing back I have called and emailed and I never get a response!!! Its not a hard thing to fix, I'm not sure why he keeps ignoring me, I paid in full on installation, i have been polite in emails. I just find the lack of response completely unprofessional. If you haven't completed a job and been paid in full for it do the right thing and complete the job!!!!!
