Really badly run staff are extremely rude and don’t do their job properly there was absolutely no help from Mct I don’t believe Mct should get any funding from the Australian tax payers

I've had the pleasure of being welcomed to MTC only 7 days ago. A week ago when I walked into the warm and inspiring office at MTC South Brisbane, I was greeted by a very competent straight talking professional by the name of Crystal White. Crystal guided me, and we worked like a team.Crystal worked much like waving a magic wand. I was very clear on what was needed in my case to move forward in my career, and Crystal wrote a couple of emails. Within a week, I have an interview with my dream client and dream job. I can only have praise for the hard work and skill of Crystal in writing those emails. It felt like magic how quickly I got an interview.Now, I find myself in the capable hands of Rochelle Caloon, who is equally as charming and helpful. Rochelle has been very professional and very helpful indeed. I'm extremely grateful for all her help and advice.I'm delighted with the professionalism of MTC South Brisbane and the professionalism of both Crystal White and Rochelle Caloon. They have made my experience with MTC exceptional, and I can't thank them enough.
