Great friendly helpful staff. I called everywhere to see if any chemist could help and show me how to use my cholesterol jab, the people here told me to come straight down and they took me into a back room and assisted showing me how to use it and even monitored me for 15 minutes, thankyou guys

I came here for a influenza vaccine and was quickly put through to a pharmacist to vaccinate me. The pharmacist, Jennifer, was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me about my vaccination. I would recommend vaccinations at this TerryWhite Chemmart branch!

Visited this pharmacy at night, given they’re one of the only pharmacies open late in the area. I spoke to a pharmacist about a reoccurring medical issue, hoping to purchase items over the counter.I was told (quite loudly) I cannot receive these products over the counter without having a script. I asked if there was anything the pharmacist could recommend or provide, which I was told no.The following day I took the time to visit a medical practitioner to receive a script. They told me I do not need a script to receive the products I requested, and were quite shocked when I brought up I was sent from a pharmacist.The whole process was frustrating given absolutely no help was provided from this pharmacy. I missed a day of work due to pain and the apparent need to receive a script, which was false.

Very nice nurse who administered the vaccine. He was very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back again!
