very good mechanic, great customer service

As a young woman who knows nothing about cars I am usually really nervous to go to mechanics as they can be overwhelming and I've been scammed in the past. However, the ladies and gentleman at R & D Automotive were absolute delights. The gentleman who did a rego check on my car was super thorough and when it didn't pass he made time in his day specifically to fix the problem so I could drive my car only a few hours later. He explained things in a way I understood and even offered advice on some other questions I had. Not to mention the receptionist is a cheery lovely lady who seems super approachable! Pricing is very fair. I'm new to this area and this is definitely where I will ALWAYS take my car :)

I'd give 4.5 but can't! Great customer service but hard to get in sometimes not his fault due to work loads but disappointing when you need something done quickly.
