This is the second time we've used Corey and the team at Sydney move. Both times they have been professional, efficient and reliable. They treat everything with such care and really go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Moving is such a stressful experience, Corey and his team help alleviate some of that stress!Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and would never dream of using another removalist.

What an incredible service. Absolutely everything about my interaction with Sydney Moving was five star. Highly professional, timely, attention to detail, and a care for my property as though it was their own. They were so fabulous it actually removed an element of stress from the moving process that I did not think was possible to remove! I will never go elsewhere for any future moving needs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YES I THOUGHT TOO WAIT THEY HAVE A LOT OF GOOD REVIEWS THEY SOUND GOOD? I DID THINK THAT UNTIL THEY DAMAGED MY DINING TABLE, FRONT DOOR, BEDROOM DOOR. AFTER I SENT PHOTOS THEY INSISTED TO COME OVER WHICH I FOUND STRANGE AS I ALREADY SENT MY PROOF (PHOTOS) AND TOLD THEM THEY NEED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY (I ALSO PRIOR TO MOVE ASKED IF THEY HAVE THEY SAID YES) NOW IM NOT SURE THWY ACTUALLY DO AND I DO NOT THINK THEY ARE EVEN A LEGITAMATE COMPANY. AFTER DAMAGING MY TABLE, FRONT DOOR AND BEDROOM DOOR THEY MADE ME WAIT AT HOME WHILE THEY COME CHECK THE DAMAGE. NO ONE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY, THEY ARGUED, YELLED, STORMED OUT OF MY HOUSE DISRESPECTFULLY AS I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW THEY ARE GOING TO COMPENSATE ME. THEN WHEN I WALK TO THE HALLWAY THE GUY IS LOOKING OUTSIDE AT MY VIEW. I’M SORRY BUT THAT IS STRANGE BEHAVIOUR. MY LAWYER HAS BEEN CONTACTED PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT TRUST THESE MEN. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD I WAS NICE TO THEM EVEN GAVE THEM FREE DOG FOOD AND THEN THEY COME INSIDE MY HOUSE DISRESPECT MY HOUSE AND DO NOT FIX DAMAGES AND STORM OFF. THEY HAVE MAJOR ATTITUDE/ ANGER PROBLEMS.

Its the first time we have used removalists and we absolutely loved how professional, quick and polite the team at Sydney Move were.We always thought why bother hiring a removalist when they are going to be expensive, careless and break fragile items and furniture and then leave everything in a mess. How wrong we were.Sydney Move came at on time 9am on a Saturday morning, delivered us 30 packing boxes a few days earlier and moved all our large heavy furniture from our two bedroom apartment in 3 and a half hours.The guys packed up everything and carefully unloaded all the furniture at our new place. We tried to help out and they told us to just relax on the couch while we directed them to put all the furniture and belongings in the right rooms and areas. We didn't have to worry about a thing.Best part was that it took away all the stress of moving, as we didn't have to call out 3-4 friends, buy them lunch, cram everything into small cars and spend 12-14 hours driving back and fourth and awkwardly moving furniture and boxes. We loved that we were done by 12.30pm and we had the rest of the afternoon to chill out, relax and have lunch.Highly recommended. Thanks Corey and the Team at Sydney Moving

We used Sydney Move yesterday to move from one inner city Sydney apartment to another.Zoltan and the guys were very nice however we were quite clear that a number of our boxes contained items that would break or spill if tipped on their side or upside down, so those boxes would need to be kept right side up. In unpacking this morning it has come to light that every single one of those boxes has been tipped upside down, dozens of items are broken as a result and oil, flour, powders etc spilled over everything. We understand there are risks involved with moving and there will inevitably be some level of damage however given our very clear instructions this outcome is disappointing.EDIT: Steve, who I believe is the owner, did reach out and he apologised for the damage and offered a small reimbursement to help cover some of the replacement costs. I will say that Steve has been very honest and pleasant to deal with.

I was a happy customer 2 years ago. This time their new team were much slower in moving/ packing. One of them spent more than 90 minutes from Liverpool to Kellyville. When I asked what took you so long he said I didn't take the toll road. They charged $120 for toll at the end! If you want to take a lunch break, that's fine. But don't charge me on hourly rate while having a break! Last time I paid around $700. This time they charged over $1100 for same furniture (same hourly rate both times.) Will definitely look into another company next time.

Had a great experience with Sydney Moving. Their positive can-do attitude takes the worry and stress out of the process, have used them twice now. Thanks to the whole team.

I've used this removalist company at least 4 times, and every other time I would rate it 5/5. I just used it again recently though and unfortunately I was very disappointed. Whilst they took utmost care, my disappointment came from, being charged for extra items which I didn't even ask for - for example I said to them I didn't care about a lounge cover, and they decided it was best and then charged me for it, subsequently I didn't ask them to cover items, and then I was charged for the use of two sticky tape rolls. They also continued to charge me for the duration which they spent taking a break and eating lunch...

Absolutely wonderful company and got me moved in no time! Steve and the team were the up most professional and would recommend them to anyone!
