Booked an appointment with Brad and he cancelled at the last minute. He dint even inspect the property properly, he couldn't tell the difference between chalk marks made by a kid and the paint marks in the wall. His last minute drama has made me run around to find another cleaner. I strongly suggest any one looking to use this service to reconsider. He quoted 600$ initially and tried to take 1800$. Its a total rip off.

Jordan and his team were thorough, professional and focussed on attention to detail. Best of all, as an end of lease clean they guarantee their work - so it makes sure if our agent is not satisfied we have returned the property in a good state they will come back and fix it.Thanks - and would not hesitate both recommending and using again:)

Brad booked the job for the wrong day. Was supposed to be the Monday but he booked it for the Tuesday. Then he arrived and said there were too many boxes on the floor and too much stuff on the kitchen benches. He left while I went to buy a coffee, left the house unlocked while nobody was home, and then made a rude and abusive phone call letting me know he wouldn't do the job. I had to chase another cleaner at short notice. Won't be using him again.
