Draeger Interlock Service Centre

The staff at the interlock service centre have always been friendly and efficient. The installation and removal process were quick and easy and caused no damage to my car. The monthly servicing only took only 5-10 minutes and they were very helpful in answering any questions I had.If you're in the unfortunately position of having to have an interlock installed, Draeger is the place to go.

An overall pleasant experience. Friendly and efficient service. Zero damage to my car. Nothing to worry about here - can't go wrong!

Wanted to add my gratitude to Simon for going above and beyond. Despite not having fitted an interlock to my type of car before, and then my battery going flat during installtion (my silly fault - dind't realise how low it was), Simon soldiered on with a spare battery whilst giving mine a charge and getting the job done. Thank you.

Couldn't get a call back. Lost my car. Be careful don't rely on a call back for last day of service. As a result, I lose my job, home and car.

Absolute disgrace! My Dad booked his car in for 9.30am fitting of interlocker. Advised it could take up to 3 hours. When we arrived they had only the trainee there and were advised that his trainer was on leave. It ended up taking 7.5 hours while other cars pulled up and had theirs serviced promptly. So instead of 2 people having 1 day off to get this sorted, it’s now 2 days off for 2 people as VicRoads has closed. We called ‘customer service’ who did absolutely nothing and offered nothing to resolve. Don’t waste your time using this company.
