Service 1 -> Purchase old house and the earthenware pipes were clogged with old tree roots - BRAD TO THE RESCUE! Brad squeezed me into his schedule as I think he could hear the stress in my voice after a long month settling the house. The household could have showers and use the toilet that night - bless!Brad recommended next steps to prevent (see below).Service 2 -> Brad replaced old earthenware pipes (1950s) to modern to code" plumbing; labour intensive all-day job.
