The course contained the most relevant information on child protection requirements for each state and territory. The questions contained in the assessments were a key component in helping me to understand how to care for children and young people. It was an excellent course.

The teaching on play with children was important for me as I now work in aged care. Child play is the type dementia residents and those with cognitive decline are most happy to engage in. Thankyou for your insights, they will help me greatly as I transition from training college adults in VET education to creating activities and play environments for childlike adults.

Smooth and easy experience. The trainer provides inputs where ever required. The course can be completed at your own pace and the training material is easily understandable

The course content was very informative and covered all things relating to my line of work. Some of the questions that I needed to resubmit asked more for a personal opinion than a content response. The marking of the paper was a little frustrating as a couple of different people were marking it, not just 1 person and each new person looking over it added their input and revoked the marking by wanting more information. That was a little frustrating. The response time from submission to reply was outstanding and greatly appreciated as it has been a while since I have had to do this course and knowing swiftly amendments that needed to be done, kept me in the mindset of the course content.

I found this training module very useful and accessible. The information was delivered in a easy to read and find the turnaround marking time was excellent.
