Contacted plungie after handover with our metricon build noone seemed to know the process to commission pool, pool surface was defective had the defective repaired within a day it was worse after filling pool. Contacted plungie & was told its not a structural issue only cosmetic & we'll get to it when we can. 6 mths later still no contact still no repair. Not happy at all very poor customer service. Never returned my calls constantly had to chase them. Would not recommend.

Pool was part of a Metricon Promotion , was put in prior to building commencing , didn't need to contact Plungie for another 18 months , and when I did , was blown away with the helpfulness Tracy provided . Every question was addressed and made easy to understand and follow , we would definitely use Plungie again

Working with Plungie was an absolute delight. I have never encountered a business more thoughtful and present with their clients. Every question, every email, every phone call was answered within hours (and trust me there was a lot). We were first time owner builders and thanks to the team at Plungie, the process was so smooth. If the impeccable service wasn't enough... the product itself is of such high quality. Serious consideration has been paid to the finer details. If you are thinking about buying a Plungie.. Stop thinking and just take the plunge. You won't regret it!

We were one of the first people to include a Plungie pool with our Metricon build, after getting the keys to our home I made contact with Plungie directly and was linked with Brett. His service and our chats honestly saved the whole experience with Metricon who as a whole. Metricon provided terrible build experience and gave us no information during handover on what to do with an empty concrete pool from here.It wasn’t until I spoke to Brett from plungie that he advised me the process from getting the keys to getting it ready to swim.If Plungie is reading this, I recommend having information of the customers who are building with Metricon and directly contacting them once a PCI has been completed in order to smooth out the process as the site supervisors for Metricon are useless and most likely won’t pass anything on the owners.Photos attached on what was handed to me by Metricon, a dirty pool full of ground water. I ended up emptying the water myself with a bucket and pump. As we did not do landscaping with Metricon they washed their hands.

Dealing with Ben and the team has been a dream! so professional and nothing was a problem! A first class product which is affordable and suited our yard restrictions. We enjoy all year swimming and this product has added incredible value to our home. We refer people all the time and will continue to promote this fantastic business. Go Plungie!!

Whilst we love our plungie, however our experience with post sales support has been very poor. The Plungie team were very responsive prior to the sale and were available to answer any questions we had during the delivery and installation. However we noticed a defect in the pool coating (a line along the bottom that looks like a crack). We have sent multiple emails, called multiple times and had only one response. A phone call saying they would fix the issue, with no indication of time, and no follow up email confirming this as we were promised. We are several months down the track and still no resolution. Buyers be aware.

We had our Plungie Max installed last week, it looks superb!!! Can't wait to finish the rest of our project now. Huge thanks and shout out to Chantel and the team, as an owner builder it's been great to have the support over the past few months. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking at a plunge pool project.

We bought 3 of the precast original plungie (4.5m by 2.5m) for an indoor centre at Capalaba! The installation went super smoothly, with the suppliers coordinating everything with us perfectly!
