Can not recommend enough... My Santa Fe Sat Nav came up with Fatal Error" and stopped working. I spent weeks trying to work out how to have it repaired and who to take it to (local dealer unfortunately was unable to help as they do not have the software). No one could help me.. the thought of paying to have the unit replaced was daunting! Autovision were able to identify the issue

I appreciate that the owner came home to install the GPS when $2800 is paid to them via Nissan (though Nissan would have made some money in between as well). However, when the system broke down after 3 years and five months, it took a very long time for them to check, why the system is not working. After discovering that the system has broken down, the technician told me to call the office to replace or have it fixed, I did ring the boss and Manager but no one responded and still today they don't want to know in a way! So to my conclusion I would say, yes they are great in coming home to install but if the system breaks down they don't want to know! Which means there is no money earned by the company, as these systems have only one year warranty. So please install a reputable brand that other companies provide that will last! My Mazda and Holden were factory fitted and both cars are older than my Nissan Qashqai and both GPS are still working! It's sad that the GPS this company installed at the above mentioned price didn't last that long!
