We have been going to see Dora for a few years now and I just want to say thank you so much for always going above and beyond for our dogs. The genuine love and care she has for our little guys is so comforting. Dora is extremely empathetic and we will be forever grateful for all her help.

As a vet I was happy with their work but do not but pet food from them. They recommended a special type of cat food which we brought from them - 2 boxes of wet food and dry food. Over $200 they charged us only to find out that the local pet store it would cost less then $100. when we complained they just didn't care or offer us anything. Absolute criminals and will look for another Vet.

I normally go to randwick, but this time this vet seems to be the only vet in the area with Rabbit vaccine for the upcoming RHDV that will kill domesticated rabbits. The vet knew how to handle rabbits as she had one in the past. Despite my two rabbits being super nervous, she was able to vaccinate them without them kicking. It was very professional. The rabbits prefer to be grounded and they were on the ground vaccinated as the vet massaged their heads to calm them down.I've been reading some of the reviews here and I certainly did not experience bad service. There were no cross selling of insurance or anything like that.In fact I even asked for tips on how to clip their nails, and they happily showed me how to do it.They had a mini-lop up for adoption too, a male grey harlequin rabbit, just like my doe, and he was very curious with my two rabbits.I'm very impressed at how efficient the process took. I even received certificates of vaccination from them.Overall I was done in 30mins with two vaccinated rabbits. I stayed longer just to play with their cats.I'll be using their service from now on.

This veterinary practice is an absolute joke of a place. First of all, when uou walk in you can see How unhygienic it is and so shabby looking. It stinks like nothing else on earth. I know animals are kept there but other bet practices do not STINK like Mascot Vet. Its absolutely revolting. To move on to service- Lets say there is none! Twice I have arranged for my dog to be dropped off there for a pick up by Hanrob. They are always surprised to see me and my dog and never have any of the paper work required to complete. Why advertise to be a pick up location for Hanrob if you don’t have the means to accept a dog. My most recent interaction with them was very difficult. I was told to drop my dog to them between 8-9am. I got there a little after 9am and their practice was closed, yet opening hours state 8am. I rang the number and spoke to a very unhelpful female. The usual story was given and she Said she had no idea we were turning up. After some to-ing and fro-ing a young girl came to front and unlocked the door. She had to communicate with me using google translate on her phone as she had very limited English. The poor girl accepted my dog without any paper work and looked very worried. The lady on the phone I spoke to told me to take my dog home and return later in the day. I told her I had a flight to catch. In my dealings with her, I was stern but never rude. I told her I had a flight to catch and could not come back later. Anyway the young girl took my dog in and i left for my holiday in a very uncomfortable position. This is not How things are supposed to work. To cut a long story short, I got a phone call later in the day to not ever return to Mascot Vet. Thanks for that. I never Will. Your vet practice is abolsutely shocking.

I brought an abandoned rabbit we found in our garden earlier this week. Received great advice on rabbit care and what steps to take to find out who the owner could be, microchipping etc. Thanks to Sophia for the help, great customer service from people who really care about animals!
