If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The owner was exceptionally rude and treated me in a condescending manner. One of the WORST shopping experiences I have had, save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Great staff, my global knife was damaged but my receipt had faded. One of the Kind staff looked it up in the system and sent it off for warranty. Thanks guys

Store clerk offered loads of advice and information, willing to put the time into their customers to help them make the best purchase. A little on the pricy side but offer cheep sharpening and grinding service.
