Lucy knows her stuff, not only through her own hands on experience but also through educating herself. I would highly recommend seeing her if you want to be sure you are feeding your kids with ingredients that will make them thrive. Whether its been a question about how I add more nutrients to my home cooking or what snacks are ok to feed my kids when we are on the run, Lucy has always had workable solution for me as busy mum. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

THANK YOU LUCY!I recently had a phone consult with Lucy for my son currently 2.5yrs.I had been struggling to encourage him to expand his palette and not favour certain foods such as toast, water crackers etc.Lucy was patient, understanding and non judgemental.
