Advanced Self Storage

We used Advanced Self Storage for around ten years. We have only recently vacated because of buying a more spacious property. It has been an excellent facility which is very well maintained and felt very secure. Access was easy with a gated entry. Kate is really lovely to deal with and the rates per month are very reasonable. It has been a great facility for us and very handy to store lots of items that we used but only occasionally. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose!

I needed a storage solution and called around self storage operators in Ballarat. It was 7pm on a Wednesday night. I honestly didn’t expect to get hold of anyone and was resigned to the fact that I would have to ring around the following morning. However I got hold of Griff from Advanced Self Storage. I explained my predicament and expected to be told that there was nothing that could be done. I needed a storage unit for the following day, as I had a removal truck arriving from Northern NSW a few days earlier than expected. I needed somewhere to store our furniture urgently. We had expected to have purchased a property at this point, but it hadn’t t worked out that way. Griff ensured the entire process was simple and straightforward. He explained what was required and assisted me to ensure the transaction was completed efficiently over the phone and email, as it was time dependent. I wasn’t concerned with the cost of the storage unit, as I with such late notice I was prepared to pay whatever it cost, actually I thought I would be lucky to secure one, but I was surprised with what I paid and the value for money it presented. More importantly I can’t recall a better customer service experience that I received than what I did on this occasion from Griff at Advanced Self Storage. I highly recommend Advanced Self storage if you need a no hassle storage solution. You will also be dealing with someone who actually cares about his customers.

Owners have changed recently, but they are still very friendly, understanding and easy to deal with. Prices are very affordable and the storage spaces themselves are substantial. Very secure units, and their systems were easy to use.

I had 4 units here. Now I have 2. Very good location for me as I live in Lucas. Plenty of space to park my car outside the units. It's never busy. Appears to be clean.

Amazing facility with more than reasonable prices. Stored the contents of my house in a unit and my car in one of their out door car spaces and I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the place. They have been an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish and would 110% recommend them to anyone looking to store anything large or small, indoor or outdoor. Thanks heaps to Mick and Jenine for a most pleasurable experience in a time when I needed it most.
