Horrible customer service from the blonde junior staff at the checkout this evening around 6pm. Didn’t even say hello or smile, ignored me when I said hello, and when I asked for a receipt she again ignored me and started serving the next customer until I repeated myself twice and she couldn’t even apologise. I would be fired from my customer service role if I ever treated a customer this poorly with such an attitude.

Best fresh OJ. Great free coffee on a certain limit spend and surprisingly the prices are sometimes better than woolies for fresh produce. I just wish they sold fish and seafood. Beautiful layout and staff are always friendly. The self serve machines are average.

The cafe is great, good location and lovely staff. The market is well stocked and perfect stop for good deli products and fresh veggies. Good quality of food and lots of locally sourced products. The flower shop and whole foods section are great additions

Great supermarket with a recent refurbishment that has been well received by the locals. I really have enjoyed shopping here as my 'local' but sadly I will not be able to continue shopping here due to exuberant prices. I have witnessed incredible increases in prices across common items which I decided to cross check with other supermarkets. If the prices don't come down to a 'fair' amount then I'm sure other locals we be pushed elsewhere. Cheers.

This is our all-time favourite supermarket. I love that they have a lot of local and Australian produced food. The staff are always polite, but we must say the baristas are the best.... they remember our coffee and always are up for a chat. Makes going to work, a pleasure to stop for coffee!

Overpriced items, even when they are common supermarket brands. The worst part was when ordering an acai bowl at the fresh food counter. The guy was cutting up the fruit into tiny pieces with his bare hands without using food safe gloves. Maybe he washed his hands prior, but he then was wiping his sweaty brow and repeatedly wiping his hands on his dirty apron then continuing to handle each little piece of cut fruit. Felt sick trying to eat it so ended up throwing it all out.

It's very well stocked and has a lot of niche groceries. I fell for their selection of smoked salmon in the deli section, and they also have more blue cheeses than most supermarkets. They are a bit pricey, though.
