Beaumont Tiles Wollongong

I enjoyed shopping at Beaumont Tiles due to attentive staff and helpful service. Got great tiles at a great price for my budget. Good stuff.

I visited Beaumont tiles Wollongong to purchase tiles for our bathroom and kitchen. Lube who I met when arriving at the store was very helpful and informative. He assisted us in what would work best in both areas, he spent the time with us and nothing was any trouble. This is customer service at its best.... Thanks Lube.

Today was the first time I've been to Beaumont Tiles and the service was lovely. For a beginer interior designer the staff were very helpful and gave great advice to help with designing one of my first clients home. Definitely coming here to get my tiles.

Don’t waste your time or money.Went in to pick up our order and was advised some of our tiles would take and extra month + to arrive. Things happen and we were understanding however I’m sure they could have figured this out before the day we were supposed to pick them up.We then ordered different tiles and were told it wouldn’t cost much extra.Went in to pick up and were advised they had made a mistake and didn’t update the order properly so we had to pay close to an additional 50% on our original order.I’m surprised Bunnings bought a company with such terrible service.

Service was great, helpful sales person.As we are looking for tiles to match 30 year old flooring, we didn't find much suitable.

Visited here today after a recommendation from the place who's doing our kitchen renovation.Checked in & made our way to the service counter to show the sales person out check in & vaccine status & there was a complete disinterest.Was looking at tiles and once again a complete disinterest in showing us samples & prices.Needless to say we left very soon after. Upon saying goodbye to the sales person she didn't even look up from her computer screen to acknowledge we were leaving.Went directly to Corrimal ceramic tiles. While I didn't find the tiles I needed as they were out of stock, the customer service was excellent! I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and that was not an issue.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone. From day one everything was a hassle. I asked for tiles that were in stock because I wanted to finish my bathroom quickly. Three weeks after placing the order and calling them every week I was finally told that some of the tiles were on back order for two months (and the warehouse had known this since the day after I placed the order.) I visited the shop to select new tiles at 3.30pm only to be greeted by frustration that I arrived so close to closing time. The lights were turned off before I got to the door to leave at 4.03pm. On top of that I was told that I couldn't return that originally purchased tiles. After the tiles were laid I was one box short. I was told that I had to buy three boxes minimum and it would be 20 business days delivery. I jumped online to the BEAUMONT TILES website, bought one box (cheaper than quoted by the store) and picked them up within 24hours. Zero stars would have been more appropriate.

I have been dealing with Amy and Tony at this store on and off over the past month for my Kitchen reno's. I have found them to be very helpful and easy to deal with. My only issue to date would be not being able to replace some broken tiles as they were opened to far from the purchase date. As for the quality of the tiles themselves I have had no issues as yet.
