I'm 9 weeks postpartum and went to see Kathy for some relief from muscular and neural discomfort in my upper body from breastfeeding and caring for my little one. I felt wonderful afterwards! Emotionally and physically restored. Kathy is clearly a very experienced massage therapist and knows bodies deeply. Her set up in Albert Park through the flower shop is a beautiful calm space.

After two 45 minute remedial massage sessions with Kathy during the last week, my hamstring tightness and calf soreness are both sooo much better. Kathy clearly has so much experience as a massage therapist. For the entire hour her hands didn’t leave my body and she managed to find all my problem areas without me having to tell her where to go look. I asked Kathy for a firm massage, which is what I love (I don’t mind a bit of pain). But in between the firmness there were these really relaxing, calming parts that I nearly found myself nodding off. I left feeling really rejuvenated and had one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. I highly recommend you try Kathy for yourself.
