Terrible experience in trying to find a new practice for the family. Reception team to not knowing when we were supposed to be going in. Doctor was cold and transactional. Also team in full PPE walking around with people in waiting rooms. Would not recommend , go somewhere else.

Avoid Lordana Reid. Terrible doctor, doesn't listen, refers patients to services where she gets a commission.

I can not recommend the doctors and staff at this clinic highly enough. Lori and Matt are amazing at what they do. The reception staff always remember who you are and very friendly. Our family doctor for a few years now and not regretting finding the clinic. Never had I had a doctor who really cares and talk with you about the real cause.

Matt, Lore and the entire team at this clinic are professional, caring, thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I strongly recommend them and are a great choice for any new family who recently moved to the hills looking for a lifetime Doctor. 5 stars.

Dr Matt Reid is a perfect example of a professional and caring doctor. He takes his time to sit down, discuss and explain any given medical situations in a way a lot of doctors don’t - he is not rushing you off.I would highly recommend Dr Reid as a GP and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with him.Thank you Dr Reid.

On my first visit more than a year ago Dr Matt Reid was great. His medical knowledge seemed sufficient but his bedside manner could do with some work.A year later I've come to the realisation that for him, this is just a job. Dr Reid seems disinterested, never smiles and in general lacks personality which has a huge affect on customer service.I found a medical clinic much closer to home with a vibrant, friendly doctor that cares about his patients. So I requested that my medical records be transferred across. Today I received an invoice via email requesting payment to transfer my medical records. How absurd!!!!! This has always been a free service at other mdeical clinics.I won't be returning to the UFG Medical Clinic.

Upper FTG Clinic is an amazing clinic providing holistic care of the highest clinical quality. Dr Lore Reid is caring & compassionate whilst providing some of the most advanced clinical care I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.Her team is friendly and professional, always ready to answer questions and organize prompt appointments. She has a Physio and Psychologist available as well, and a great database of specialists to refer patients to should you need specialist review or treatment.Another added benefit is that a Skin Cancer medicine clinic runs out of the same site and is ran by her lovely husband Matt. This provides a seamless transition should you have a skin spot that needs a specialist review or treatment.Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility is also available. The clinic is completely non discriminatory and I know Indigenous, LGBTI and CALD people have been happy with the clinic.This is the sort of clinic that you go to if your looking for a long term relationship with a team of healthcare professionals that treat you like family. Having said that Dr Reid is no walk over and she isn't one of these Dr's you can try to fool to simply get a script or sick certificate, she is far to smart for that.Thank you Dr Reid and the team for looking after me, it really means a lot! :-)
