Sold a phone to them. They said MAX it would take for money would be 5 days. Still have nothing…pretty poor service if you’re buying people’s property. Send email to customer service - will see.

Jackson is the best stuff I ever seen in this shop. Fix my iPhone 13pro max in a very reasonable price and only in 15 mins While Apple takes two weeks to do the same job!

Suggest you get quotes before you go to this shop as they can price gouge as it happened to a friend of mine. They quoted $250 for iPad Air battery replacement and she is naive and accepted it . I said to her sounds a bit of a rip off and rang one other who quoted $120 . I went to shop and they quoted me $200 and I told them I had been quoted $120 and they said the screen breaks usually and they need to replace it at same time which is why the price is more . My friend challenged them when she picked up iPad and they said in front of me that her screen had a crack but it did not. So beware ?

Had my old S5 screen replaced, but the replacement screen was clearly a cheap (non-genuine) replacement. It is unreliable, the slightest amount of moisture confuses it, and it frequently goes blank or won't wake up, and causes the phone to reset. My phone was reliable prior to the replacement.Update: The replacement stopped working, and refund was not offered.

Worst quality Samsung glass protector. Only lasted 1.5 weeks before it came off and smashed. Staff then told me they couldn't replace it as I had broken it.

My Huawei Mate 10 had battery issues causing the phone to randomly shut off as the battery swelled. I took it in and the staff there were exceptionally helpful. They ordered me a replacement and swapped out the old one. I would happily recommend anyone having phone issues to SP Mobile Leichhardt. They were very helpful (even when it was looking like we couldn't get the replacement battery at first) and quite friendly. Pricing is also quite reasonable.

OMG...I came straight from MCC Church in Petersham, to this WONDERFUL establishment...And IMMEDIATELY, all my Prayers were answered. My broken charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S10 was MAGICALLY repaired, while I did a Campos coffee next door. Then I was able to purchase another MIRACLE, a wireless charger as a backup, should I need it...All I can say is, there is a God, and his Angels work tirelessly here....Terry Donovan

If you are visiting Sydney do not use these guys as they will tell you to bring the device back in when it breaks due to poor quality parts . And you will have to get it fixed again by paying another phone repair shop ... side note I am coming to Sydney now just to get my money back by any means necessary
