I urgently needed a freezer and i had many options to order from but I chose betta home because it stated that it till be delivered in 2-5 days". 5 days on i called them to inquire about my product which took me a good 20 minutes because they never pick up

Unfortunately I didn’t get the gent’s name but he went above and beyond that which I experienced at Good Guys not a half-hour before my visit here. He called the supplier for lead times and, when they were too long, he sold me the third-option appliance for the same price as the second-option. Will be back again!!!

I am very upset with betta homes I bought a TV yesterday 2/2/2023 and was supposed to be delivered today 3/2/2023 and has not been delivered I rang the shop and the man was going to find out for and ring me . But he did not ring back and I don't know when I will be getting the television

Went to buy a bar fridge there. Only found a limited range and when asking about what they had available was told that most of the stock was still in packaging and unable to be opened to have a look inside. Really defeats the purpose of shopping in person, as I had seen the model of bar fridge I wanted online and wanted to check it out in person. It was a wasted trip and I ended up going to The Good Guys Propsect instead, saw the fridge I wanted, got a bit of a discount and into the back of my car within 10 minutes of arriving at store. 1 star is for the Betta team member who was friendly enough.

Visited this store yesterday about 11am, to purchase micro wave. there were 3 people behind counter. Doing there thing, unfortunately customer service was not a prioity. I walked out.
