Spoke with Paul from the office who was so easy to talk with, who understood my door issues, acted without hesitation and provided me with a written quote within an hour. Best part of all was arriving home at the exact time the workman arrived, fixed the door and lock within 30 minutes and I was sorted. You have no idea how many companies I have tried contacting to get this job done and without luck until now. Well done Protech!!

Had a fantastic experience with this company! A lovely gentleman named Guy came straight out to us within 15 mins at 10:30pm for an emergency call out and was an absolute champion!great bloke, extremely helpful and had it sorted in seconds. Very reasonably priced for late night call out overall very happy with his work.Would highly recommended and would definitely use them again!

Just had a key cut and programmed for my 2003 BA Falcon today. The guys were happy to cut my ebay key, after cautioning me it mightn't work. I was happy with the price, and they gave me a discount due to a mix up with times. I didn't complain, they just offered!I've used these guys before, but recently tried another local locksmith. These guys a great, and I should have just stuck with them.

Damo from Protect Locksmiths was polite, punctual and provided excellent service. They notified us before he arrived that he was coming within 20 minutes and gave us a time window which they kept to. Damo was accommodating and also fixed a problem we had not asked about. Will recommend and use again.
