Got a quote from Eurotech AutoHaus to replace the thermostat on my Alfa 156. Whilst their hourly rate of $140 is not terrible, they quoted my 4 hours labour. Ended up taking it to the mechanic who looks after my 1978 Spider. He replaced it in 1 hour and charged me accordingly, which is pretty much what YouTube told me.Car is working great again.Not sure what else to say. I am sure their work is great, and thorough, especially if they take 4 times as long. I can only assume they did not want to do the job, so did a ridiculous quote.

It's the first time that I've used Eurotech Autohaus. Spoke to Dave about the issue that I had with my BMW. Explained the issue to him in detail and he arranged one of their mechanics to go for a drive with me so he could get a good understanding of the issue.On return to their workshop the mechanic diagnosed the issue with in a short time frame and fixed the issue.It was good to see that there is still people in the industry that still go above and beyond.Thanks for your service today Dave and the mechanic that diagnosed the issue.Will return for further work when required on my BMW.Brad

I turned up unannounced with my Mum’s Mercedes and a very minor request to exchange the battery in an electronic key. (She has a good service centre, but this place was convenient because I was running an errand nearby.)I was treated with utmost courtesy and welcoming friendliness. A technician patiently showed me how to dismantle the key and replace the batteries.If we needed a European car service centre in the Bayswater area, this would definitely be a top candidate.

This is the worst European car repair shop in Perth that I have ever been to. I brought my Audi A3 2017 (Automatic) to fix the issue of the car slipping and making noise at the rear due to the brake disc. However, after wasting around $4364, I received the car back with more issues, such as engine noise, stuck gear shift's button in reverse, and slight vibration.Specifically I brought my car to this shop to fix a slipping issue and noise from the rear of the car. After diagnosing the problem, they informed me that I needed a new clutch disc brake system and it costs ~$3600. Once they replaced the clutch, there was a loud noise coming from the engine and they said that I needed to replace the flywheel for an additional $500. I still agreed to replace the flywheel. However, after the flywheel replacement, the noise from the engine was still there. However, they told me that the car was fixed and asked me to come pay and collect it, but I told them that the noise was still there, so they asked me to bring it back the next day.The following day, they told me to wait two weeks for a new clutch to arrive for replacement. After two weeks, on a Monday, I brought the car back to have the part replaced. At the end of the day, I called them and they said that the car would be ready the next day, but it ended up being a continuous cycle from Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday, they told me that they would take me to the Audi center, but they refused to provide the center's address. The following Monday, they said that even the Audi center could not identify the cause of the engine noise and suggested that it might be a problem with the transmission. Why was there no problem with the transmission initially, but after replacing the clutch, there was a problem? Also, when I received the car on Monday, there were additional issues such as the reverse gear button getting stuck and the car shaking slightly. I asked them to fix these issues at no extra cost, but they said that they only replaced the clutch, and any arising problems were not their responsibility. They even accused me of not understanding the technical issues and just wanting free repairs.Why should I have to pay for problems that were not there initially and were caused by the shop? I paid over $4000 to get back a car with more issues than before. They were very good at denying their mistakes.

I got recommended this place and my used car I bought, had already been serviced here. I took it in a normal service. I thought the staff were well informed and easy to deal with. Thanks for all the info you supplied David. And thanks to Alex for the initial intro too. Reasonable pricing. Cheers

Great bunch of guys.Cayenne went in with a fuel issue and was looked after by good service and pricing. I do most of my own work but knowing the work they do happy to send cars back here again.

Excellent service from the Eurotech team especially from Alex, got a ecu and tcu tune and it has changed my car completely. Couldn’t be more happy

replaced rotors/pads, window reg as well as patch up a few other electrical problems & the job done was mint. the team know their stuff and don’t cut corners to carry out great quality repairs/services. for sure would go back to eurotech in future
