27/5/2022 Went there this morning and bought 12 scones half with date half without, asked the baker if they were made fresh today he said yes.They were so dry I almost choked on them they were definitely not baked that day. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

This hasn’t been a real bakery for about 6 months. Today no bread rolls and no bread loaf’s!! This is the norm here. Waste of time. Go to the varsity laws brumbies who are excellent.

Just bought a 6 pack of lamingtons for from you guys, was told they were fresh and they are not. Rock hard, not worth the money. It seems that every Sunday I go there I got something old , 2 weeks ago it was your cupcakes

Haven't eaten the hotx buns yet but I bought loads of them and the Lady serving me helped me with them to the car. Now that's service.

All employees are new and useless.This Brumbies used to be lovely, with happy and highly competent employees. There must have been a manager change, because since about a year ago, all staff have seemed to come and go. They hire useless young boys who throw bread around and preoccupied young girls who are on their phones half the time. None of them seem to understand the job.This photo is from an hour ago. The girl absolutely flattened this bread to half its size and charged full price. This is not worth $5.When asked for a paper bag rather than a plastic one, she first put it in a plastic bag, then touched it all over trying to put it into a paper bag, only to dump the plastic bag in the bin. Very helpful.

Very disappointed that the manager thinks it's ok to put out apple turnovers that didnt sell yesterday straight from his fridges at 8am on a Saturday . Here is a business tip for you, dont look at what you may loose retail price ,look at what was the cost to produce those 8 turnovers and give them to your staff or throw them out . This is the second time i have mentioned this to staff there when they sell yesterday's left overs , but it's the last time for me. You have lost a customer that spent min $50 per week , thats over $2.500 per year . A proper Bakery sells FRESH daily.

This store is meant to be open 7 days but out of the last 4 Sundays only been open once. We use to use Brumbies as a treat Sunday morning after swimming lessons. But looks like now we need to find somewhere else.

Never has enough stock. Sell out of basic things before lunch i.e Sausage rolls. Old owners used to have amazing salad rolls etc and mostly always had stock. Below average in everyway. Seems like new owners arent as invested as the old ones.

Great to see the old manager/baker back more selection and variety just need some good staff that seem to care about having a job and enjoy themselves

What a pathetically rude individual working at 4:30pm on 24 September. I would never ever hire such a person in my business, because I know such a rude and unhappy person will chase customers away by disappointing them. This bloke threw the loaf of bread on the counter for no apparent reason and put the amount in the eftpos and turned away to do his work. Shocking beyond words. I am never returning obviously
