My friend and I went to get our nails done hers originally looked way better then mine the acrylic is so thick on my nails I had to say that the tip was no glued properly there tables where a mess there is no sterilisation with equipment not to mention the multiple people it takes just to do one set after a week my friend has ended up with an infection and her hole nail has fallen off I only give Theo’s place one star because I can’t give them zero starsPlease save your money do not use Lavington indigo nails they should be shut downP.s I’m using my partners google

I had Pedi and she cut the side of my big toenail and it really hurt. I said it might get infected (which it did) she said no and put blue drops on it from a small bottle. Very disappointed as I have been there before.

Service was good. Until it was over. Over charged for MINIMAL colour (just the tips) and a few days later I have my nails falling off at the base. Incredibly painful. Infection from tools not being cleaned after each use and the tables were FILTHY. I do not recommend this salon unless you want to wake up one morning as I have done to find your nails ripping away from your fingers.

First time here and it won't be my last.Very efficient team,was busy for a Sunday with constant appointments adhering to covid rules.Very competitive prices and great time management.Great selection of colours and techniques...highly recommend

My Daughter had her nails just done. If you go to all the 1 x star reviews listed here, that was her experience. Obviously this company does not care or read reviews. Very dodgy cash payment couldn't care about the customer type business. Don't waste your money.

I came in for a pedicure and was very disappointed,worked on my feet for 1 minute each foot,these puppies needed some work..but oh well you live and you learn….although the Decore is appealing,that is all that is,DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst nail service I have ever had. Poor management of services, swapping people without hand overs, poor resolution skills when complaint made, ruined my natural nails, over priced (probably evading taxes with cash payments). Would not recommend for any services.

It was painful and messy. I had multiple people work on my nails. I got a colour I didn’t ask for and I confirmed was not the correct colour and the acrylic lay on my right middle finger is botchy. My cuticles are super dry and my nails were burning as they filed. There was also a girl sitting next to me who came in maybe 5 minutes after myself, she was barely started on when I was leaving.(Shape done by previous salon)
