Status Employment Services

I definitely would not recommend status if you actually want help. Reception are always rude and don’t listen to what you actually say. Forced into courses which hinder job searches and constantly threatened to be cut off for not attending appointments I received 0 notification of. Extremely unprofessional business.

My daughter, whom was allocated this service was told they would help her with all that is necessary to gain employment but nothing has been done! All that she has gained is more stress and anxiety! Their sheer lack of communication and failure to do the things they offered is appalling! Do not even consider using this employment service provider!

There very rude and only care about there payments. I couldn’t go to one appointment and I called the day before only to get my payments cut anyway. Every time I go there I have a different person and have to re-explain and re-sign everything . This place is very dis organised and seems to have a lack of communication and there very stubborn they are meant to be there to help but they actually just make life harder and I hope something gets done about it.

Now I have been on their books for 9/10 months .I have been lied to when asking for courses to improve my chance for full time employment not once but twice now.I think I will be changing for help.I have done a few shut downs etc but I need and want full time work.Seems like they don’t want to really help me, but just using me for their numbers.

More than half a year of being with this agency and have absolutely nothing to show for it other than resentment of the fact tax payers dollars goes into the undeserving wallets of these people. The staff are condescending and rude but it's their incompetence that makes them truly insufferable. If you want help with getting employment or even employment advice, I recommend looking literally anywhere else.

What an absolute joke of a place. I'm not sure what they even do in this office. They don't help you to look for a job then when you get your own job they keep hounding you to come to an appointment even though you are working. Centre link, do the tax payers a service and get rid of this so called employment agency. They are ripping us all off. Maybe if they had appropriate staff their office might run better. If I could have given no stars I would have. Absolute joke!

Felt too good to be true they at first they helped me with getting a job but after that went down hill from there.1.Appointments that I never got a notification for.2.explaining valid reasons to why I can’t attend job activity’s and still been penalised for.3.having to ring nearly every day and either being dismissed or hung up on to resolve an issue.4.they don’t care about health/safety or wellbeing you might as well be on your deathbed and they will still expect you to attend your appointment.5.you need to have evidence on top of evidence to prove that the jobs you applied for are “real” that you actually applied for them.In my thoughts just don’t, please find another job provider don’t go to these guys.

An absolutely terrible and unprofessional service. Forcing somebody to LEAVE WORK to attend a centrelink required appointment without being able to reschedule is STUPIDITY. When centrelink find out im sure you will lose your contract with them. Complaints have been filed.

These people only care about making money for themselves. Noone once here made me feel like I had support of an actual human being, it may be just a place full of robots who will try force things that no interest to you for the sake of saving their own skin and then berate you for asking questions. If you're looking for help from human beings, this isn't it.

If you are unfortunate enough to get status as a job provider agency, I suggest getting a transfer. Reception is rude, the manager is a on a mega power trip, who doesnt understand the industry she's in and is not good with people. She will do anything to try ruin your life and stop payments, I strongly suggest moving to atwork.
