$120 for acrylic refils and a pedicure down the drain. Was up from Melbourne over the New Year period and looking forward to getting my nails done. Complete and utter waste of my time and money. Customer service was appalling. No concept of any nail art designs. Asked for a slight clean up of the cuticle area but of course that was an extra" cost! The lady who did my nails was clearly in a hurry and the lady who did my pedicure

Charged $18 for a gel removal and clear polish,m. Did not ask me to wash my hands after sanding the polish off so I am left with lumpy nails and acetone everywhere

This nail salon is a absolute joke !!!!!!I will never come here again!!! Worst nail salon in BALLARAT !!!!!!!I paid 86$ for nail removal and a full set of short French nails what a absolute rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was appalling. Extremely rude staff. All I wanted was shellac taken off (so little as buffed and polished to finish off the job) they soaked my nails and drilled off the shellac. Only then to realise because I told them I didn’t want them redone did they decide to just leave them with the white drill marks. With argument they then “covered” them up with clear polish still leaving previous polish on them and twice me having to tell them to remove the remainder properly. I walked out with bumps and scratches all over my nails from the drill. My niece was charged a ridiculous amount for shellac and acrylic’s. No signage of “cash only” and wants to charge a “sir charge” of $20 if paying eftpos! Absolutely disgusting I will never go back here again!

How is this place still in business???? I arrived at 8.55 this morning in order to get a pedicure before another appointment at 10am. At 9.10 it was still not open so I called the mobile on their website. No answer! 9.15 called again - no answer! At 9.20 3 girls wander in, completely ignoring me which I can’t fathom as I’m standing at their door waiting. I asked if it was possible if they could do a pedicure and be finished by 9.45? I told them I had been waiting since 8.55. No apology They proceeded to discuss between themselves and mentioned something about cleaning the equipment and told me to sit and pick a colour from the basket. I sat for another 5 mins then she pointed to a chair. I gave the girl my colour and she goes that’s and not shellac pick another.Deluxe pedicure was far from deluxe! 15 minutes it took and she started on another woman’s feet whilst still doing mine!I will NEVER go here and and hope people read this review (along with the multitude of other 1 star review) and do the same! For a business in the customer service industry you have a lot to learn. Disgusting!!!

Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs the manager is deplorablely rude. I have never experienced. The worst customer service I have ever experienced she had me in tears

I have done SnS on my nail and it did not last a week as they all started peeling off. Talked to a lady who seems to be the manager and she was so uptight and not friendly ( not only with me also witnessed the way she treated others). Not recommending this place at all because the work is just not good enough for $50 and the service is even worst. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

the workers are honestly the rudest workers and not only that but the price just kept once and increasing the whole time so u never really know how much your paying until their asking for $200!! as well the fact if u want to pay on card u have to pay an extra $40. would not recommend to my worst enemy, not to mention the hair left in my nails which they refused to fix, absolutely disgusting

My nails got infected from unsterilized files . They were rude to me . Would not give a refund. They only take cash . Refused to pay my medical. Absolutely disgusting. Still waiting to hear back from the manager.

The staff member who looks like the manager of the place was not nice and not very welcoming. She didn’t concentrate well on her job while doing sns on my nails. Then once I got home realize that the surface of some of my nails were very rough. Then after few days the end of each nail start to chip off. Unsatisfied!
