Australia Post - Hadfield LPO
I have been here twice this week to pick up a parcel.Wednesday 28th March- i was there 9:06am. There were 5 people waiting and it was closed. I had to go to work and was late already so i left at 9:13am. I couldn't wait any longer.Saturday 31st March- i went back at 10:19am and again, closed! No sign on the door indicating that it would be closed.This is my first impression of this post office and all i can think of is the lack of respect for its customers!Very disappointing!

Opening hours on store window, parcel slips and answering machine are all wrong, it’s very frustrating to get there for 9am and have to wait around and be late for work.

I recently moved into the area and was so happy to discover this local post office. It's so important to have a good one and this one is GREAT! The staff are so friendly and very, very helpful. You never have to wait long and any problem or request is met with a smile and helping hand. I use the post office a lot and couldn't be happier that this is my local. THE BEST!

Such a friendly and efficient team. Anh and Joan in particular are so helpful and kind. Always happy to help distract my young children if I need passport photos or similar done. The team at Hadfield LPO have a lovely community spirit, keep up the great work.

The Team at Hadfield are trying to provide the best services for EVERYONE and will admit mistakes and correct them. They wouldn't have been in business for nearly a decade if they were trying to rip people off all the time likes some people said. If you are those spineless internet trolls, get a live you IDIOTS.

Would give 0 stars if I could, lost our parcel somehow told us ring a help line as there to lazy to look around. Also went there on a Saturday meant to open at 9am didn't bother opening until 9.15am. Just close mate let Glenroy Post office deal with it!

This afternoon I rushed to pick up a parcel from the post office. Unfortunately it took me some time to find a car park. Once I did, I ran to the post office but it was just then that the two gentlemen had walked outside and had ALREADY CLOSED UP. It was after 5pm. To my absolute delight, the older gentleman saw my pick up card and asked if I came to get a parcel and I said yes. He OPENED UP again and gave my parcel. He surely made my evening! Best customer service ever!!! There was no sigh or frown on his face...he had a beautiful smile and happily did his job. Thank you, I’m sorry I don’t know your name.

Always can get a good service at this post office as their staff are friendly and helpful. Banking is always faster than other banks in my experience. the Staff always tell me what the best/cheapest way to send parcel with in and out Australia. Perfect shop to find a nice gift too!
