The boys were on time and very courteous. They handled all our items with care and were quick.movee made sure we knew about the change in service providers much in advance with a contact number. So we were not worried or left to worry about where they were. Overall great experience . Thank you!

Very professional, on time and helpful. We had a heavy piano and spa to move including a house full of contents, everything went well without any problems.

The whole house wasn't moved. The removalists were working incredibly slowly. After 4 hours of packing the truck, the men had only packed half the truck. At $180 an hour, this didn't seem fair.Then, when I called to ask why it was taking so long, the men decided to fill up the truck faster, and then made a 2 hour drive, 4 hours. It took just over an hour to unload the truck.When that was happening, the men asked repeatedly if I was paying cash or card, I said that I was paying card, because that's what the contract said. The men decided to move slowly again with unpacking.Then once everything was taken off the truck, I was presented with a quote for 10 hours, when it was only 9 hours that they were there.I was charged extra for GST and extra for a service fee" of 10%. When I rang up to ask a question about the fees

I had 2 young gentleman that travelled 21/2 hours for the job. They worked steadily and slowly. It took them 2 hours to fill their truck with 2 couch, 1 bed base and 3 mattresses and 2 Malm drawers. We had suggested a way we wanted the truck pack so we could maximise every square inch but they refused and wanted to do it their way. Not very open to suggestions. They are young and will improve with time.

The drivers were late and took a long time, despite everything being packed and dismantled. The company is terrible. They called me an hour before reaching my destination and charged and additional $800 to my move, claiming that they sent a 60cubic truck instead of a 40. This then became my problem and I had to pay the difference. He kept telling me to measure the truck. Don't use these people. They will rip you off. I'll be lodging a review for the ACCC.

Do not recommend. This is a company who under resourced our move for two houses. They sent two tiny trucks, even though I clarified that two six tonne trucks would be required for 1 x 4 bedroom house and 1 x 3 bedroom house before booking. They didn't supply enough space - I had to hire a box trailer to move items from one house, and we then had to use another full truck the following day from another house. Noting our move was 2 hours each way too, extremely frustrating.The contracting company worked hard but we felt threatened to pay before they left, as we disputed the charges we had were not the same as quoted.We were charged DOUBLE the quoted amount, so be very wary if you plan to engage this vendor.Also Movee themselves appeared to 'help' and they were escalating the request if I were to place it in writing within two business days. I am still yet to receive a response from the business from my email back in December 2022. Photo of the 'larger' truck of the two that didn't fit items, including a lounge, into my move.

Was a very good experience. Getting some companies can be a night mare. The movers were very helpful and made sure we were happy. They had to lift some very heavy pieces. If you want your job done right and things taken care of I would definitely go with them. We would personally like to thank Andrew and Mauricio.

PLEASE do NOT book with this company. They’re absolutely the worst. Terrible service. I booked a move for a 5 bedroom house, everything was all packed in boxes and ready to go, and most furniture was downstairs, and still the movers took 7 whole hours, even though destination was only 20 minutes way. They were extremely slow and took longer routes, kept stopping at service stations to get drinks. It’s not fair for us to be charged over that especially when it’s $160 an hour??? We got charged $1433 which is extremely unreasonable. I have moved houses before, 5 bedrooms, 40 minutes apart and was only charged around $550. When I booked the move, I got told they only charge an hour travel fee ($160) which I said was fine, and the guy I was speaking to said no hidden fees or any other charges, and on the day they charged me a 10% service fee, why would you tell your customers there are no other fees and then tell them there’s a 10% charge on the day??? and then they tried to get even MORE money by incorrectly charging me $1500 on the day even though i paid $100 deposit when I booked with them and was told it would go towards the total. completely unprofessional, and they don’t care about the customer at all, they just want your money. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, please book with someone else and save your money, don’t make the same mistake I did and pay almost $1.5k for a move.

Shocking!!Do not waste your money.I requested a removalist to move a very heavy commercial grill. They (Sophie) asked if I thought 2 men would be enough and I stressed as long as they have a heavy duty trolley - this was a necessity. They assured me trolleys and dolly's will be on board" The fellas turned up but didn't have a trolley! They couldn't get it out of the truck! OMG. They then said several times that company policy was that they couldn't unload until the bill was paid in full. I needed to pay the bill before they unloaded the Grill! They wanted my money but stood there telling me they couldn't get it off the truck anyway? I needed to then go and search for 3 men to help them lift it and then go and try to find myself a trolley. I eventually found a pallet lift. We had to supply cloths and wooden planks as well. So bad. After all the drama they said they could only discount me by $5 saying that they did their job. I eventually got them to go to $10. Trust me - you don't want the headache. Go somewhere else."
