Tech Bias, what a blessing in disguise. My computer was playing up and a friend put me on to Tech Bias. They are so on the ball and explain everything in a language you can understand. They listen to you and give clear advice. These guys are great and I will recommend them to all my friends. Great job.

These guys are amazing!After my husband passed away Kate filled in all the paperwork online with me. Then gave me instructions on how to pay bills and do banking on line.This took multiple hours, but she was very efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. She was patient and communicated in terms I understood. Thank you Kate I could not have done this without your help and support.I highly recommend this service!

I am a child of the 70's and will be the first to admit that I am a MASSIVE Techno-weenie. Be that as it may, we all need to use our complicated devices to get by these days which is fine, except for when the software and or hardware develops issues or inexplicably fails. At this point the dread of replacing or repairing the offending item sets in and you begin to wonder where the money and the time will come from. Enter Kate and Andrew Smith, the wonderful people behind TECH BIAS. Young enough to understand the technology, smart enough to fix it and able to communicate the issues simply, even to someone like me.If your tech is troubling you then contact TECH BIAS to guide you through the problems AND their solutions. The service fee charged is more than reasonable when you consider the lack of stress and frustration you'll experience as the Tech BIAS team sort your tech issues for you. 5 stars...I'm calling them again the very next time technology leaves me out of my depth.
