I travel Australia and I reviewed more hungry Jack's they're probably anyone in the country I'm a big fan staff I generally really good but I'm not too sure keen the change in breakfast menu from English muffins to the Turkish bread.I went in again today Friday it is and I just wanted to thank the girls at the counter because I confuse things for them because I thought I'd ordered a meal and I hadn't and so nice see I said I didn't get my chocolate shake or my chips and then I realised my mistake and so I told them.The guy was already making me a chocolate shake so she said I could have it I think this is really important customer service because I've had managers in some shops get picky about a little thing like that sometimes and not realise that someone like me is shopping there twice a week in hungry Jack's so as I long-term customer it all adds up to a lot of money.

Worst fast food I have ever had. Absolutely no comparison to the promotion photo. Our Delux Burger had 2 patties which could have been anything, 1 small piece of almost raw bacon, a piece of something green, the similarity to lettuce ended there, and the whole tasteless mess held together with lots of yellow melted cheese. The chips were ok. Hungry Jacks, never again.

Roughest Hungry Jacks experience I've ever encountered. Minimum 20 minute wait in the drive-thru, regardless of how small your order is. General competency throughout employees is completely null. Last time I went, I sat through the 25 minute wait (with only 3 cars ahead of me), watched my burger slide down the line and into the warmer, just for the 4 employees working the front of house to fluff around for 5 minutes before forgetting what I ordered, and finally bringing me my very dry burger.While all that went on, the person who served me initially left the window open, and I watched 10 bugs fly straight through to the kitchen.If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid.

Worst fast food store I’ve been too so farOrdered and realised it was taking a while…with less than 10 people in the store the whole time, my patience lasted 40 mins before I asked for a refund along with other people in the store. Useless crowd

I’d personally never go back after having a disagreement with the short stocky lady duty manager that they completely stuffed up your order. Waste of time talking to her about it. Hope Hamilton HJ’s shuts down worst HJ I have ever been too. Bunch of rude sour faced staff at that too! Avoid the place!

Don’t take orders at counter, must order through machine. No eye contact from staff, no smiles or camaraderie in kitchen. All staff members moved as if they were wading through thick mud. One staff member asked another member to get drinks 4 times, same staff member said “oh shit” when checking bag to complete order (they’d forgotten the fries). Service was entirely forgettable.

I Honestly wanted to give the benefit of doubt to a newish set up, but it's been in business a while now! My advice, go to the cafe in the servo section or keep going! Today I only ordered a snack cup & water and it was just forgotten! Another customer, who seem to know staff, came after me and ordered an actual meal and was eating while I still waited. There was only two customers in store at the time! 25 minutes later I received fresh , hot food and an apology from a young staff member. I think the duty manager even took my order, but it was just not filled! To much chitty chatting and not enough work! Lucky I had Chris the resident bin coachroach to entertain me while I waited! LolTwo weeks prior while travelling through town we stopped for breakfast and fuel. It was THE longest wait I've ever had in a HJ's . That morning our mistake was not going through the drive thru that was very obviously the almost soul focus of staff, there were only a couple of customers in store. We all waited a very long time. Hard to call it fast food!Something needs to improve.

We ordered two chicken burgers. It took 26 mins to get our order. Staff arguing, two staff crying. And one walked out. Bergers left sitting on the Bench.
