Booked our Ford Ranger for pinkslip, my wife drove the car to Goodwin's and was told that it didn't pass because licence plate wasn't visible on front" and "headlights were on highbeam and not lowbeam". We then took the car to another mechanic and showed him the report to which he laughed and said "thats a joke
