Wild Her Barre & Pilates Gold Coast
I don't feel comfortable going to the gym although I wanted to have a exercise regime. I met Lauren over 2 years ago and I have been going to her classes ever since. She has helped me toned and her classes are the perfect source of my motivation to tackle my weekly tasks. I highly recommend her classes and 1:1, Lauren is passionate in what she does and provide amazing results!

Such a fun vibe and great class for beginners as well as experienced!Lauren and the other ladies welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so comfortable. I've been coming for a few weeks now and am astounded to see how much my strength and flexibility has increased. I look forward to this class every week- the thorough and fun workouts, the wonderful ladies and the awesome results!
