Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for suits, formal Wear, or general additions to your wardrobe. I received one on one customer service each time I came here and my business felt appreciated. I purchased a suit, shirt, 2 ties, and socks and plan to go back for shoes. They even offered to have a rep for the shoes I want to come down and fit me and discuss my options.

This Valentino store in the centre of Nowra is a must visit!The clothing range has been carefully selected for amazing style. The customer service is outstanding and my son was very well looked after. The experienced store owner Fransesca's final tailoring touches, ensured the items fitted perfectly.We will certainly be back again for any important occasion or to just have some key stylish clothing on hand.

Great service and absolutely lovely people. Helped us with an emergency a few days out and could not fault them. They managed to sort it out without any extra costs or hassles and put our minds at ease.

Recently went to purchase a hat from in store for a wedding. Consulted with the business owner who had what we were after in stock just not in the correct size. Agreed to wait for order. Was called to say product had arrived went into store where the guy who worked there was confused on what we’d ordered. Showed me a hat that was the wrong size and wrong colour. Explained to him what the order was. He mentioned he’d try and order one from another store. Was contacted the next day to say order had come. Went into store the next day again wrong size and colour. The owner of the business explained they don’t make the hat in that colour my fiancée pointed to the hat we were after in store which we originally tried on with her again outlining all we wanted was that hat in a different size. Was offered a different product at half price. The owner realising we were not happy also suggested putting padding on the inside of the hat she did have so it would fit. Unfortunately could not accept that as we explained to them on multiple occasions this style of hat was specific for a themed wedding and padding can be avoided if they were just able to order in the correct size. Would have preferred them just being honest and saying they were unable to get it without all the mucking about.Ended up going to Berry Barn who had over 12 hats in store in various sizes and colours (the colour and style we were after). This store had very poor communication, also didn’t seem to know their own product range. If you go in and want something unless they have it available in store I’d suggest you look elsewhere.

The staff at Valentino's were super helpful when my husband was choosing his suit for our wedding. Francesca and Matt were so lovely, and when he went in after the wedding to look for a shirt for another function, Francesca was so genuinely excited to see the photos of our wedding. His suit looked amazing, fitting him perfectly as they also arranged the alterations for him.

Staff are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped two of my groomsmen get sized up for another stores suit for my wedding in Qld. Definitely go check them out.Im very thankful they could help.
