Do not order & pay online from this place! The funds get deducted from your account then you get a message saying order has not gone through but yet funds deducted. When you they request you pay them cash at the door otherwise they’ll won’t deliver. Yet your eft transfer deducted is never refunded. The first time I thought it was an incident then it occurred again & again! If you need to order from here call them to avoid this messy situation

Disgusting customer service, whoever just answered the phone, either get another job or be nice to your customers. Was no need to be so disrespectful and cold towards your customers who are trying to order from your place of work??

I order 3 pizza and wing pizza had no toppings wings had chilli sauce when I ask for no sauce so my kids got a disgusting pizza and chicken wings that they can’t eat wasted $51 on that place when I could’ve spent it on a local pizza place they are fresher the this place never againI called and the boy on the phone say oh oh oh next time we willl???? I said never again

used to be a good store.. not anymore.. ordered 3 pizzas.. all the 3 were missing half the ingredients, must the high cost of living.also, if you are using a voucher code, the ingredients will be missing accordingly. if you used a 30% off code, 30% or more ingredients will be missing. E.g: ordered a peri peri chicken pizza, it was missing: tomato, sliced red onion & baby spinach. whats the point, you may as well name it just chicken pizza.or order a loaded supreme pizza and you will get a pizza with loaded sauce instead.In short, Dont buy pizza here, may as well buy a frozen pizza from colesworth or ALDI.Edit: after having a rant at Dominos feedback, as usual, their robot send me a freebie.. Freebie doesn't solve the problem.

Very bad customer service. Staff need to learn how to communicate and learn the manners. I went there on 03/01/2023 around 7:30pm. The guy who served me at the counter was very rude. No manners at all send that guy to school to learn. Owner; If you need more of the information check on your cameras to find out which staff was on duty at the time.

I ordered a combo meal which includes a 1.25l bottle drink. When I received my order I got 2 small can instead of large bottle. When I called them to ask about the thing the person who received the call was very rude. When I told him if he was out of stock he could have rang us but the way he talked was very very unprofessional and rude. It was not a big deal but the way they talked with their customers was not good at all.If they were out of stock, they could have called me and asked for replacement. Very disappointing service.

I orders a Pizza for delivery today, it came small piece missing from my pizza, I called to complain to the store and I told the matter. Then he asked me how many slices are there, even all slices were there some portion was missing out of my pizza,he don’t believe whatever I am saying and he don’t even try to solve the problem instead he created the new , I have orders pizza quit few time from this store all the time some things keeps happening from this store , I am sick and tired about this store really horrible manager there, he shouldnt be a manager

I order a double bundle last April 27 by 2:57 in the after noon and arrived by 5:20. I just waiting for long and asked the store where are my orders. They just keep saying that its on the way and the tracking notified me that is already delivered but nothing arrive. When i call the store again new staff and shift talked to me and he said he dont know what is happening. Poor management

Pizza topping did not reach to the edge of the pizza. Not enough topping at all which meant the whole meal was dry. Major disappointment as we have had a New Yorker from Domino's in the past and this is NOT it. Meatballs delivered as 14 NOT 15, chicken bites where chicken bullets - dry and over done. Delivery person needs training on how to work a lift!!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They should not own a franchise.
