Worst Customer service, have gone in few times to get parts and everytime they have been really rude and grumpy , they think their customers are trash pretty much.

Great place to sort a spare part for most Japanese made cars.. however it depends on the person you deal with, to how you are treated. One cat in there is very rude, and condescending, think his attitude could do with adjustments.

Needed an alternator for a project. The first guy at the counter wasn't interested in helping. It is not for a vehicle but for something I'm making, I didn't know a make or model just needed to see the bolt pattern. He dismissed us. Then an older fella overheard and straight up took us to the alternator racks. What a champ he ran through them and the difference I may or may not need. 7 minutes and made the sale. On ya mate. You did the company proud.

Easy to deal with, rang up they had the part. Called an hour later saying the part was ready to be collected. Will be using them again in the future if needed.
