Terrible service, rude owner, obviously uneducated, has the Lunch Special advertised out the front of shop and on menu from 11am to 3pm, I tried at 2:45pm and was rudely told No, and I was wrong about the advertisement that it was 230pm, didn't understand his rude attitude, but why advertise this, showed him and he continued to be rude, slow shop getting slower due to poor service from the probable owner, ridiculous

The worst food ever, they microwaved our bbq pork and the rice was stail and dry. They were shouting at us and refused to take it off the bill. They were insulting and rude. I got sick

Food is good overall but the egg fried rice is precooked prior and all the do is to reheat the rice. It was extremely salty and it looks like you are eating a sea of salt. They didn't recooked the food and neither did they offer to take the food off the price. Extremely disappointed with the outcome and won't be coming back for awhile.

For a Chinese restaurant they offer an extensive menu of classic mainland Chinese dishes from various regions of China as well as some other Asian countries, and they do them well for a local restaurant. Soup, noodles, rice dishes, stir fries, fried dishes, braised dishes, steamed dishes - there's plenty to choose from and there's large menus with photos on the walls to help you choose. I tried the lunch special dumplings and they tasted very good for a local restaurant - great value too.Service is good and there's takeaway and dine-in (indoors and al fresco) available.

Worse Laksa ever, Pad thai barely had any chicken and the egg fried rice was alright for the price ($8). Service is absolutely disappointing. The waiter asked me twice what I want to order after ordering and waiting for the food. Make sure you have a lot of time to wait, cause they are very very slow….

We ordered 2 of the lunch specials today -1 x Satay Beef and 1 x Schezuhan Beef, they came with boiled rice, good portion size and served in a reasonable amount of time.Perfectly cooked, fresh and delicious - plus a can of soft drink all for under $12 each!

Surprised that such an unpretentious venue has such excellent food. Have now visited twice and have been impressed twice with the range and quality of the food and the generosity of the serving size. The steamed prawn dumplings are to die for! The garlic king prawns exquisite. The special fried rice cooked to perfection with copious quantities of seafood, chicken, beef and pork throughout. The stir fry noodles were perfect as well. Just very difficult to fault. They even have Pepsi Max instead of that disgusting Coke No Sugar concoction! Very pleasant owners and personal service for dine-in as the food is served piping hot from wok to plate and ready to enjoy as it was meant to be enjoyed!Best parking is in Trafalgar St or The Boulevarde with the walkway through to Bay St affording easy access.

they were horrible. they shouted in my poor nannas face after she told them about how stale the microwaved, grey bbq pork was. food was cold and horrible. don’t go unless you want to get sick. i got food poisoning. i was generous enough to give them one star, because the website wouldn’t let me give them 0.

Food was delicious. Sweet chicken corn soup was a big serve & hot. 2 mains were wonderful..Szechwan beef, teriyaki chicken. staff very friendly. I lived in Brighton years ago. I worked at another chinese restaurant their for 6 months 15 years ago doing deliverys & a little waitering. I speak a little chinese. Nice to have a Chinese restaurant still in the area more variety. Staff very accommodating. Will go back again. Happy to travel from city for the experience.
