Camping Country Superstore

We called at the Warners Bay camping shop open for 'click n collect' looking for a canvas camping wardrobe. We were greeted with a cheerful smile and nothing was too much for the manager to show us a selection. He had the exact canvas cabinet we were looking for.

Awesome experience today and I will be going back. They have a huge range for general camping items, it's definitely geared towards general camping (less so hiking) but an extensive range nonetheless.Staff were like seagulls only instead of wanting to steal chips, they were wanting to help me out which was awesome. Felt like I was never far from some help or insight on an item.I'll definitely be rocking up for anything they might have in the future.

Avoid this ebay seller online. If you have an issue they outright refuse to acknowledge it to avoid dealing with it and to retain the money. I mistakenly order an item, relised it immediatly after paying and submited a cancel request, all within minutes of ordering. There was zero communication and they let the 3 day time limit lapse. Finally after the time limit expired I got a message saying it was too late to canceI. I messaged them throughout the 3 days to bring to their attention and still no communication.Edit: I ended up getting a refund for my order after protesting my disapointment.

Ordered an item in store at Camping Country. Once the item came in, they contacted me and I informed them I would be in to pick it up. When I arrived in store they had already sold the item, arguing that something as high demand as my order was only held for a day. This was the first I heard of that! Had I been informed I would of paid for the item or placed a deposit over the phone upon ordering! Bad customer service and very poor communication.

Staff have excellent knowledge, great customer service. A resonable range of well priced camping gear.

I received a written quote for a Kayak Package from Camping Country Warners Bay, and went back the NEXT day to organise its purchase, but the manager/owner refused to honour his employee's written and signed quote from the previous day! Extremely Disappointed in this level of customer service and honesty. I was there in good faith to purchase what I had been quoted 24 hours earlier, but to no avail - he flatly refused to honour his employee's kayak package quote. He even tried to suggest I was at fault, even though I had the written quote with me. Extremely unhappy and dismayed with this outcome. This is the first time I have ever left a review on anyone, I am sorry it has to be such a Terrible Review - but they deserve it. IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE QUOTES - THEN HONOUR THEM!!!!

It’s probably better than the big names bc it’s not just limited to the stock that they are contracted to sell. It has those items but more. Things we cannot get in the big franchise stores. We can get here. Number one place. It’s huge and has a solution for all your caravan camping needs
