Great service by the team, went in needing a puncture repair and got seen and fixed straight away at a good price. Service was professional, attentive and had good processes in place as they had everything double checked to back each other up. Will be going here again and recommending them to others in the area.

Stand out quality and service! I called around looking for tyres and the best deal. Have to say really impressed with service, they provided me with a thorough analysis of the issue and options best suited. I was comfortable to price as I knew why rather then being treated like an idiot at other car dealers moment a woman is present asking about tyres. 2 months later car drives like a dream thank you

I changed 4 tyres of my car and did wheel alignment front and rear. Feels much better and very smooth while driving. Reasonable prices. Only thing is they take too much time. If the job take long time better leave your vehicle there and pick up later. Otherwise spend 3- 4 hours there. There is a lady working there, I have never seen a lady working that actively. She runs all over and making sure everything is done perfectly.

Horrible experience , waited 2 1/2 hrs for a simple tyre change . They attempted to damage my tube in a matter to up sell . During the time I was waiting I noticed tyres that looked to have he dumped in local nature waterways . When question a staff member about the dis-guarded tyre in the creek behind the work shop They rudely told me the mind my own business.

Best prices, best service. All the staff there, including Vic, are great. I will be going back to get all my tyres from here in the future. Parking available at the rear of the shop, just turn into Toll Street off the main road.

Extremely dissapointing and time taking. They took 3 hours for a tyre change when I bought tyres from them. And when I asked to speed up, I was responded very rudely and asked to wait longer and longer while owner kept on chit chatting with other people and even took up new work. Because I complained, suddenly I was asked to pay card surcharge and told that why even I went there s they didnt ask me to come. They got a big place but short on manpower. Other workers were good to talk to and cordial except the owner (or manager ).Go only if you got no other option and you have a day of time to waste.

Great customer service, very friendly and easy to deal with. I left my work van there and called them first thing when they opened. I knew I had the right people and they would do a great job. When I picked up the car it was ready, looked great and cheaper than I was expecting. They know their product and trade. Very thankful

While they were able to give me a good price on tires, waiting more than 3 hours for a simple tire change and wheel alignment is not good enough. Way too long, when I was originally told it will take 1 hour maximum.UPDATE: Owner Vic is a legend. Has rectified the issue by providing excellent service and not charging for a service that he should have, as a good faith for the long time waiting.
