A huge thanks to the wonderful Karyn for her assistance yesterday in helping me choose a vacuum cleaner. Her recccomendation has been a lifesaver in tackling the overwhelming amount of border collie fur in my home. I am so glad that I followed her recommendation and purchased the Bisell, as it truly does the job of picking up the fur that has been resistant even with dysons. I'm amazed! The vacuum's quality exceeded my expectations, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Karyn's exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge were truly outstanding too. Thank you for providing an exceptional in-store experience and for delivering excellent results with the suggested product. :)

Needed a replacement freezer drawer for the fridge I bought more than 2 years ago. The assistant was super quick to bring up my details on their system and getting one ordered. It's not like I was spending anything big on a new item but so lovely and helpful all the same. I am very pleased with Betta Moe, I will try buying any electronic item through them from now on.

Exceptional excellence in customer service l always enjoy shopping at the Moe Betta Home Living store.My brother's birthday l bought him a luxury foot spa and a foot exerciser.l got notification l am starting at TAFE Traralgon required a larger storage capacity on a laptop as l bought a hp.
