I found Pronto Plumbing to be professional, friendly and helpful.Daniel was very helpful, not only for not asking anything from us (as most tradies have done in the past) but also for cleaning up after himself, and making sure that we were happy with his part of the job.Overall Pronto were reasonably priced, prompt and obliging.I would recommend them for any plumbing that you needed.I certainty will be using them in any future plumbing needs.Peter

Came to fix a small drip coming from the gutter, ending up breaking half a dozen roof tiles and 3 weeks later the drip is back, that was a waste of $300. Now they are quoting $3000 to fix the drip... total rip off..!

The guy name RYAN came on sat and charged me $1,126.45 for just using a CCTV and using high pressure water for 10 min and just making my kitchen full of dirty water and he supposed to be there for 1 hour but he left in half an hours and when I called the office they said we can’t help you, wooooow
