Some of the best service I have received at any RM Williams store (& I’ve been to most all around Australia!) The ladies serving me tried to help in any way possible & not at all pushy. I’ll be back everytime I come to Melbourne A+

Just my personal experience which I found customer services are not too friendly and unapproachable!

great service and reasonable price

They put the completely wrong boot on hold for me. I made a big detour on the way to the airport for nothing.

A serious disappointment. Had high hopes for this place when they moved from the old DFO Essendon, which was good but a bit of a drive for everyone unless you live in the Northern suburbs.Really not much variety on offer and not much of a bargain if I’m honest. Most boots go for $499. Not much of a savings difference between coming here and one of their flagship stores. The lack of variety and stock I believe may be because the store is quite small, not much bigger than the old one.

This R.M.William store offers boot, shoes, jeans, shirt and also belts on sale prices that could not be found in other R.M. William shops !

I purchased a belt from your store; however, I was disappointed to learn that you do not offer a belt hole punching service. This lack of service impacted my overall satisfaction with my purchase.I went to your store and they don't provide me with belt punching service, but I saw him provide this service to other customers.While I understand that this may not be a standard service, it would be great if your store could offer this option to customers who need it. As a result, I had to take my newly purchased belt to another store to have the holes punched which was inconvenient.Despite this issue, I did appreciate the quality of the product and the professionalism of your staff.
