I am very happy with the work completed by the IP partnership team. I took the franchisee package deal that they had offered me their service was very professional, efficient, and customer oriented. They had a quick turnaround to my queries, emails most of the times, however the reception messaging system could still be improved so the messages are relayed to the right person at the right time. Unfortunately I didn’t receive any acknowledgment email for the payment I made(assumed it was received). Oliver has been very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!!
